mystery solved

Turns out, a certain divorce client, an older gentleman, makes the baskets for the Vanillaville Florist, and he asked if they would send a basket to "Attorney at Law's secretary", but said not to say who it was from. He said "Put Love J" on the card so it will really throw her off!" When the florist said "She'll just call and ask who sent them," he said "Well don't put your business name on the card!" He is quite the jokester apparently, but a very nice old man. He brought us a bouquet not too long ago when he came in for an appointment, so it crossed my mind that maybe it was him, but I thought surely not when it said "Love, J."

I'm just glad it was a retained client. Not that I am economically prejudiced or an elitist or a snob or a mean girl, but seriously. Some of those court appointed clients are bad, bad peeps. And that's all I'm gonna say about that.

Be honest. You thought it was your favorite child support client, didn't you, Michelle.

Well that was fun!

I love it when you have something that breaks up the normal day to day.
